Pavilion Rentals

Crestas Park Pavilion and West Wilmerding Park Pavilion are available for rent. The fee is $50.00 cash deposit and $50.00 rental fee.

Pavilion Rental Rules & Regulations

Rental is for exclusive use of PAVILION ONLY, not the entire park.
Pavilion rental time shall be from 9am to sunset and all other areas of the park shall be open to the public from sunrise to sunset.
Decorations may be attached to pavilion using string or twist tie only. Tape, staples, tacks, screws, nails or fasteners of any type are prohibited. Decorations must be removed at end of event. NO CONFETTI OR WATER BALLOONS!
No driving or parking on grass areas. Parking is confined to parking lots only.
Upon request, at Crestas Park only, one vehicle may use access gate to drive up unload/pack up supplies at then immediately move vehicle to parking lot. No parking on grass or path!
No motorized vehicles allowed on fields or courts or past posted signs.
Alcohol is NOT permitted at Township parks.
Fireworks are NOT permitted.
No open fires allowed except at Crestas Fire Pit. Fire must be completely extinguished before leaving!
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all parks.
All amplified sound must be contained to the immediate area of the pavilion.
Rental party must provide own garbage bags and deposit all trash bags in dumpster at the end of the event. Failure to place ALL GARBAGE IN DUMPSTER will forfeit your security deposit.
lf any of the above violation occurs, forfeit of security deposit and/or permit may be revoked
